If your PC arrives broken or damaged we
offer a full money back guarantee or a replacement PC. We also offer an
unconditional one year warranty on parts and service, even if you break
it!

If
during the first
year of
ownership your PC breaks or is damaged we will ship a replacement part
or PC to you free of charge. The damaged PC or part must
be shipped back to us by the method of your choice and you must incur
the shipping cost. We will incur the cost of shipping a
replacement
part or PC back to you.
Prior to shipping a replacement part or PC we will make an attempt by
phone or e-mail to diagnose and if possible correct the problem. This
will ensure the part or PC is truly damaged and not just a problem with
the software. If upon receiving the replacement part you feel you are
not qualified to install it in the PC we will gladly walk you through
the process step by step.

Hardware
fails.
Accidents happen. If you would like to extend your one year warranty to
four years of complete coverage, we offer a three year extended
warranty. To purchase an extended warranty please contact us.

If
your desktop PC
arrives broken
or damaged you have seven days from the date of delivery to notify us
if you would like a replacement or full refund. The damaged PC must be
shipped back
to us by the method of your choice and you must incur the shipping
cost. If a replacement PC is requested we will cover the cost of
shipping it to you.
